Estate Gate III 
The Estate Gate III is a three-rail vertical pivot gate with 2 x 5 aluminum tube rails. The rails and post can be
powder coated in a variety of colors. The maximum span is 14-feet (single configuration) and 24-feet (dual
configurations) but the gate can be ordered in shorter versions. The Estate Gate III provides increased wind
resistance and enhanced security.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Every ESTATE GATE III includes a hinge post, rest post, 3-2 x 5 aluminum tube rails up to 14-ft long, anchor bolt assemblies, a receiver with two transmitters and an installation manual. The manual is complete with detailed instructions, color pictures and assembly drawings. The gate and options are shipped in a skid-mounted cardboard container. The rails are shipped in a long cardboard box. The battery (specified below) is not included and must be supplied by the customer.
